Norris says ‘hard work is paying off’ for McLaren

Lando Norris hailed “some good steps forward” at McLaren after he emerged as the nearest challenger to Red Bull drivers Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez during qualifying for the Japanese Grand Prix.
